Wexford – Feasibility Study, Grant Applications, Business Plan, Design, Project Management, Facility Management. Forest Park Leisure Centre is a state of the art complex, comprising - a six lane x 25m swimming pool, - learner pool, - childrens leisure pool, - 65m flume slide, - fitness gym, - Aerobics hall and - Treatment Rooms.     The Holohan Group have been involved with the project since it's inception. Initially Holohan Leisure prepared feasibility studies and a business plan for the development. Subsequently we co-ordinated successful grant application to fund the scheme. Following open competition, Holohan Architects were appointed to design the facility and our contract management company - Aura - Sport & Leisure Management Ltd have been appointed to manage the facility under a 5-year Licence. The facility opened in October 2001.
